ProDentim on Amazon and eBay: What You Are Really Buying

Type "ProDentim" into Amazon and plenty of products appear. None are sold by the manufacturer. Here is how to understand those listings before you click Buy Now.

Is ProDentim sold on Amazon?

Not by the company that makes it. The official position is that ProDentim is available only from the official website, and that no marketplace seller is authorised.

What you see on Amazon falls into three types:

1. Resold bottles. Someone bought ProDentim elsewhere and listed it. The product may be genuine, but you do not know its age or how it was stored, and live probiotics do not like heat.
2. Counterfeits. Bottles made to look like ProDentim. The contents are unknown.
3. Sound-alikes. Products with names such as "Pro Dentim", "ProDentim capsules" or "Pro-Dent" style branding, sold by unrelated companies with their own formulas. These are legal products trading on the search term.

The third type is now the most common. A quick check tells you which you are looking at.

How to tell a genuine bottle from an Amazon look-alike

If the listing says capsules, it is not the product described on this website.

What about ProDentim Amazon reviews?

Amazon reviews for these listings are reviews of whatever that seller shipped. This creates two distortions.

Negative reviews that are not about the real product. Comments such as "these are capsules, not chewables", "tastes nothing like described" or "bottle arrived unsealed" are complaints about look-alikes and resellers.

Positive reviews that are not about the real product either. A five-star rating on a capsule product says nothing about the chewable tablet.

So when you see "ProDentim reviews Amazon complaints" discussed online, bear in mind that many of those complaints are evidence for buying from the official source, not evidence about the supplement itself. For a broader view see ProDentim reviews and ProDentim complaints.

The risks of buying on Amazon

• Authenticity. There is no manufacturer verification of third-party stock.
• Storage and age. Probiotic counts fall with heat and time. Warehouses and delivery vans are not climate-controlled for supplements.
• Different ingredients. A look-alike may contain allergens or herbs the genuine product does not.
• No manufacturer guarantee. The 60-day refund applies only to orders with an official ClickBank order number.
• No support. ProDentim's support team cannot help with an order they did not ship.

Amazon's own return policy gives you some protection on the purchase, usually 30 days, but it does not turn the product into the genuine article.

Is ProDentim on eBay?

The same analysis applies, with a little more uncertainty. eBay listings are from individual sellers and small resellers. Some sell sealed genuine bottles they no longer want. Others sell fakes. Check the seller's feedback, insist on photos of the seal, lot number and expiry date, and remember that the manufacturer's guarantee will not apply.

If you search "ebay prodentim" hoping for a bargain, compare the saving with what you lose: authenticity assurance and a 60-day refund.

Why would a brand stay off Amazon?

It can seem odd that a popular supplement avoids the world's largest shop. There are commercial reasons:

• Control of price. Selling direct lets the brand keep its bundle structure without being undercut.
• Affiliate model. ProDentim is promoted by affiliates who are paid per sale through ClickBank. Marketplace sales would bypass that system.
• Counterfeit exposure. Brands that do sell on marketplaces often find fake listings attached to their own product pages.

None of this is unusual. Many direct-response supplements work the same way.

If you have already bought ProDentim on Amazon

• Check the form. Soft tablets, 30 per bottle, mint scent. Capsules mean it is a different product.
• Check the packaging. Look for an intact seal, a lot number and an expiry date.
• If anything is wrong, use Amazon's return process within its window, and report the listing.
• Do not contact ProDentim for a refund. They can only refund orders placed through the official site.
• If it looks right and is sealed, using it is your decision, but you will not know how it was stored.

The alternative: buy direct

The official price is higher than many marketplace listings, and that is the honest trade-off. For the difference you get a product from the manufacturer's own supply, a 60-day refund and working support. Bundle pricing brings the cost down to $49 per bottle.
